  • media, creative and cultural industries;
  • media governance and public sphere;

As the name implies, Frontiers in Communication is an interdisciplinary journal concerned with the development of understanding and research in the dynamically changing global communication revolution. Submissions dedicated to studying emerging communication topics, such as multimodality of communication, advertising and creative industries, will be of special interest to the journal.
