Aim and Scope

Blood Global Haematology is an online, open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research, local adaptations of guidelines, epidemiology and public health analyses, and opinion articles that address hematologic issues of global impact and aim to improve the lives of patients all over the world, with an emphasis on low- and middle-income countries. The journal is a focused space for dissemination of regional research, as well as research that involves global populations and international networks of collaborators. It provides high-quality peer review and a supportive publication experience for authors, particularly those from regions currently underrepresented in the medical literature. As part of the Blood journals portfolio, Blood Global Haematology connects to the ASH mission of educating haematologists worldwide to improve patient care.
