MetaGenyo framework
MetaGenyo is a web-based meta-analysis tool for Genetic Association Studies (GAS). MetaGenyo delivers a complete workflow that may be done in a user-friendly environment without the need for a programming experience. MetaGenyo was created to walk users through the essential phases of a GAS meta-analysis, including the Hardy-Weinberg test, a statistical association for multiple genetic models, heterogeneity analysis, testing for journal publication bias, subgroup analysis, and findings robustness testing.
